During this phase, a support ticket has been created and automatically distributed to Engineers.

70% of issues can be fixed remotely, however if on-site assistance is needed, we can be at your office to fix your problems. If you want an engineer on-site more often, we also offer a custom service, from 1 day per week to full-time.
